交通运输部：将设定网约车平台抽成比例上限
China s Ministry of Transportation said on Wednesday that it will set a cap on the commissions that online ride-hailing platforms are allowed to charge to drivers, amid the country s stepped-up efforts to regulate the internet economy and protect workers rights.
“交通运输部密切关注到个别网约车平台在获得市场优势地位后，随意调整计价规则等经营策略，设置过高抽成比例，诱使驾驶员超时劳动、疲劳驾驶，侵害了驾驶员的劳动报酬、休息等劳动权益。”今天（8月18日），在维护新就业形态劳动者劳动保障权益指导意见国务院政策例行吹风会上，交通运输部运输服务司负责人李华强表示，将要求网约车平台设定抽成比例上限。
