Nio car owners say they’re not confused about NOP driving assistance system
500名蔚来车主联合发声：力挺”自动辅助驾驶”
Chinese owners of cars made by NEV start-up Nio issued a joint statement on Wednesday saying that the company’s instructions for the Nio Pilot (NP)/Navigate on Pilot (NOP) system are not misleading and confusing, adding that they’re fully aware NOP is a driving assistance system rather than an autonomous driving or unmanned driving system.
The statement is aimed at clarifying some internet debates about the nature of NOP, Nio buyers said, as they are the direct users of NOP and have actual understanding and knowledge of how the system is used.
8月18日消息，蔚来高速事故的具体事故结论仍未公布，但外界对蔚来的“自动辅助驾驶”功能的猜测和讨论却是铺天盖地。
对此，近期有不少蔚来车主出于对品牌的维护，自发发布“蔚来车主对NP（NIO Pilot）/NOP（Navigate on Pilot）系统认知的联合声明”，以此澄清公众对该功能的误解，并引导车主正确使用NOP功能。
目前，已有500多名车主签署了该声明。
