Taobao’s supermarket apologizes for selling box of drinking water with live rats
矿泉水快递出现活老鼠，天猫超市致歉
Tmall Supermarket, an e-commerce platform and subsidiary of Taobao, has apologized on Thursday and recalled the product after two live rats were found in a box of bottled drinking water sold to a woman in Hangzhou, East China’s Zhejiang Province.
The woman, surnamed Liu, said that she bought the goods from Tmall and “saw a clump of blackish stuff after opening the box, grabbed and found it was two live rats,” Feidian Video reported on Wednesday.
2021年9月16日消息 浙江一女子在天猫超市网购一箱矿泉水，却在收到快递后在箱子里发现活老鼠一事，引发关注。
据当事人刘女士称：在收到货后发现一团黑东西，用手抓了一下竟发现是两只活老鼠。对此天猫超市回应矿泉水快递现老鼠：是原包装发货，可以退款退货并补偿20元购物卡。但刘女士表示，自己无法接受这种处理方式，希望能讲清楚原因。
9月16日下午，天猫超市发布具体解决方案，称第一时间上门致歉，并妥善解决问题，已获得消费者谅解。因自己售后处理方式过于机械，对消费者同理心不够，而深表歉意。现已将问题商品带回做进一步调查，同时已同步展开仓储体系的全面排查。
