Taiwan Issues Warning As This Year’s 12th Typhoon Approaches the Island

Taiwan’s meteorological agency has issued a maritime warning as Muifa, the 12th typhoon of this year, is approaching the island. On Sunday, the typhoon was monitored to be centred at 22.5 degrees north latitude and 124.5 degrees east longitude and was moving north-by-westward at 7 km per hour, according to the agency.
台湾气象局已经发出海上警告，因为今年的第12个台风Muifa正在接近该岛。据该机构称，周日，台风被监测在北纬22.5度和东经124.5度，并以每小时7公里的速度向北向西移动。
