Heavy Snowfall Expected in the Eastern Part of Heilongjiang, Local Precipitation May Exceed Historical Records
黑龙江东部将有大暴雪，局地降水量可能突破历史同期极值
The provincial meteorological observatory predicts that from the night of the 15th to the 17th, there will be significant rain and snow, strong winds, and a temperature drop from west to east in Heilongjiang Province. The precipitation is expected to be concentrated mainly on the 16th and 17th. There is a forecast of heavy snow in the eastern region, with some areas experiencing severe and locally extremely heavy snowfall. The precipitation in the eastern region may approach or exceed historical records for the same period.
省气象台预计，15日夜间至17日黑龙江省自西向东将出现明显雨雪和大风、降温天气，雨雪天气主要集中在16日至17日。预计东部地区有暴雪，部分地区有大暴雪、局地特大暴雪，东部地区局地降水量可能接近或突破历史同期极值。
