Xiaomi asks India to recall antitrust report over commercial secrets
小米要求印度撤回涉及商业机密的反垄断报告
China’s Xiaomi has asked India’s antitrust body to recall its report that found the company and Walmart’s Flipkart breached competition laws, arguing it contains commercial secrets, two people familiar with the matter said.
据两位知情人士透露，中国的小米公司已请求印度反垄断机构撤回其报告，该报告发现小米和沃尔玛旗下的Flipkart违反了竞争法，小米公司认为报告中包含商业机密。
Any recall of the Competition Commission of India report could delay its antitrust investigation, which began in 2021. In a rare move in August, the commission recalled an antitrust report on Apple after the company similarly complained commercial secrets were disclosed.
