Hong Kong’s Chung Suet-ying named best actress at Golden Horse Awards in Taiwan

Hong Kong actress Chung Suet-ying won the best actress trophy at the prestigious Golden Horse Awards in Taiwan on Saturday, while a directing duo from the city took top honours in the category for best documentary short film.
香港演员钟雪莹周六在享有盛誉的台湾金马奖上获得最佳女主角奖，而来自该城市的一对导演组合则在最佳纪录短片类别中获得最高荣誉。
Chung, 29, earned the accolade for her performance as a deaf girl in The Way We Talk, beating four other nominees including veteran Hong Kong actresses Sandra Ng Kwan-yue and Patra Au Ga-man.
29岁的钟雪莹凭借她在《看我今天怎么说》中饰演一名失聪女孩的表现获得此殊荣，击败了包括香港资深演员吴君如和区嘉雯在内的另外四名提名者。
