Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba Group, visited the company’s Hangzhou campus, showing renewed support for the e-commerce giant he established 25 years ago. This marks Ma’s first known return to his hometown since March 2023, when he visited a school he founded.

These include a struggling property market and geopolitical tensions, such as threats of increased tariffs on Chinese goods from the U.S.
