Home Prices Keep Falling as Market Recovery Remains Elusive

China’s new-home prices fell for the 21st consecutive month in February, highlighting the struggling property sector. New-home prices in 70 cities dropped 0.1% month-on-month, unchanged from January, and fell 5.2% year-on-year, slightly better than January’s 5.4% decline.
中国2月份新房价格连续第21个月下跌，显示房地产市场复苏仍然遥遥无期。根据国家统计局数据，2月70个城市新房价格环比下跌0.1%，与1月持平，同比下跌5.2%，较1月的5.4%略有收窄。
Second-hand home prices also dropped 0.3% month-on-month, with a 7.5% annual decline, improving from 7.8% in January.
