Wang Liqin and Ma Long Step Up as Liu Guoliang Resigns from CTTA
王励勤、马龙接棒，刘国梁辞去乒协主席职务
Liu Guoliang has stepped down as president of the Chinese Table Tennis Association (CTTA) to allow new leadership time to prepare for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Former vice-president and two-time Olympic champion Wang Liqin will succeed him, while six-time Olympic champion Ma Long has been elected vice-president. Liu, a grand slam winner and longtime leader in Chinese table tennis, cited a smooth transition and spending more time with family as reasons for his resignation. His departure follows China‘s clean sweep of table tennis golds at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
刘国梁宣布辞去中国乒乓球协会（CTTA）主席一职，给新领导层留出时间备战2028年洛杉矶奥运会。前副主席、两届奥运冠军王励勤将接任主席，而六届奥运冠军马龙则当选副主席。作为大满贯得主、长期执掌中国乒坛的领军人物，刘国梁表示，希望实现顺利交接，并计划将更多时间留给家人。他的离任正值中国在2024年巴黎奥运会上包揽乒乓球金牌之后。
